Care and Maintenance
Most of our creations are printed using responsibly sourced PLA, and while they are designed to be durable, they are best suited for indoor or sheltered use. PLA is notable for being a bioplastic derived from renewable resources, biodegradable, and generally considered safe. However, please be aware that direct, prolonged exposure to heat or intense sunlight may affect its structure and cause fading or deformation.
Shipping and Returns
On-Demand Production and Delivery Times
At Drape Feel, we take pride in working with an on-demand production model. This means that each piece is made specifically for you once you place your order, ensuring the highest quality and reducing the environmental impact of unnecessary stock.
Production Time: Currently, the estimated time for manufacturing your product is approximately 1 week (7 calendar days).
Domestic Shipping Time: Once crafted, the product is shipped. For most domestic destinations, delivery is handled within 2 to 5 business days.
Total Estimate:
Currently, as we are in the initial phase of the studio, the total time from the moment you make the purchase until you receive the product is approximately 10 days. We thank you for your patience and guarantee that the wait is worth it.
🏡 Local Studio Pickup (Mondéjar)
If you live nearby or prefer to visit us, you can opt for pickup at our studio in Mondéjar (Guadalajara) and save on shipping times.
How does it work? Select the local pickup option at checkout. We will notify you as soon as your product is ready to be picked up.
🛡️ Returns Policy and Quality Guarantee
Our returns policy is centered on quality and satisfaction.
Returns for change of mind are not accepted: Since each item is produced individually and on-demand, we do not accept returns for products that are not defective or do not match the description.
Defective or Damaged Product: If you receive a product with any manufacturing defect or that has been damaged during shipping, please contact us within a maximum of 48 hours of receipt.
To handle any defect-related issue, send us a message from the contact section found in the footer, including:
Order number.
A detailed description of the problem.
Clear photographs of the defect or damage.
We will analyze the situation and offer you an immediate solution, which may include repair, replacement of the product, or, if that is not possible, a refund.
